Website design cost depends on your pages, features and integrations. Here are our starting prices, what changes them, and the costs that sit outside any quote.
Billed separately. Prices are our service fee for design and development, on any platform. Hosting, domain, platform plans (such as Shopify), and paid themes, apps or plugins are not included. We discuss these with you and bill them separately.
Care plans
Monthly care plans.
Keep your site updated, backed up and secure after launch. Works with any site, including ones we did not build.
Two sites with the same page count can have very different prices. These are the factors we look at first.
Page layouts
Each unique layout needs its own design and build. Twenty pages that share three layouts cost less than ten pages that are all different.
Content
Writing new copy, moving old pages and preparing images all take time. Tell us what you already have and what you need.
Features and integrations
Booking, CRM, ERP, memberships and custom calculators add scope. Ready-made apps cost less than custom code.
Store catalog
Product count, variants, product data and B2B pricing rules all change the size of an ecommerce build.
Moving from an old site
Migrations need a redirect map, data transfer and checks so you keep your search traffic and customer records.
Platform and licenses
Some projects need a paid theme, plugin or app. We list each one in the quote, so you can see the full cost.
What your quote includes.
You get the same five things in writing for every project, so you can compare our quote with others line by line.
The pages and features we will build
The platform we recommend and why
A timeline with the points where you review the work
What is not included
One fixed price for the agreed scope
Not included in our fee
Our prices cover our design and development work only. We tell you which of these your project needs, discuss the cost with you, and bill them separately.
Hosting
Where your site lives. Not needed on Shopify, Wix or Squarespace, which include hosting in their plan.
Domain name
Your web address, renewed every year.
Platform plan
Shopify, Webflow, Wix and Squarespace charge a monthly or yearly plan.
Paid themes, apps and plugins
Extra features some sites need, often billed monthly or yearly.

Each service page explains what changes the price for that platform.
FAQ
Website pricing questions.
Have a question about cost that is not here? Ask us directly.
As a guide, packages start from $199, care plans start from $149 a month. Your website design cost depends on the number of page layouts, your content, custom features and integrations. We send a fixed quote after a short call, before any work starts.
Why a fixed price instead of hourly billing?
A fixed price lets you plan your budget. The quote lists the pages, features and handover that are included, so you know what you are paying for.
What happens if I need something that is not in the quote?
We tell you before we do the work. You get a short written change with its own price, and you decide whether to add it now, later or not at all.
Can I start small and add more later?
Yes. Many owners launch the pages they need first and add features or sections later. We plan the structure so the site can grow without a rebuild.
Is a monthly care plan required?
No. A care plan is optional. You can maintain the site yourself after the handover, or ask us to handle updates, backups and small edits each month.
Which costs are not part of your quote?
Our prices are our service fee for design and development. Hosting, your domain, platform plans such as Shopify, and paid themes, apps or plugins are not included. We discuss them with you before work starts and bill them separately.
